Let’s have all of them in so that they participate in the TSS OCC time. We need to have at least two I’s from each team there daily (16 of them daily) (even though the TSS teams will eventually be able to get to their ministry sites by themselves, lets have the I’s there). For the first several days the I’s will need to escort TSS from Iidabashi to OCC. After a few days, then the TSS team should be able to do that part alone and just meet at OCC.
