Sunday Worship at the park is going to be an awesome day!—over 200 of us before the Lord in worship. Wow is that going to be awesome! Here are a few announcements for tomorrow and Monday.

1. Worship team, plan to bring at least a 100 copies of the song sheets (one for every two people to share).

2. GTi’s, please plan to escort the TSS team to Koganie Park from TIH. (This is different than what is written on the schedule). Meet your TSS team on the ground floor at 8:30am. Don’t forget to walk with them to Koganei park from the train station.

3.GTi’s, on Monday, please plan to meet your team at 8:00am on the ground floor infront of TIH (as usual) and escort them to Asakusa Temple. Afterwards, escort the teams to Shibuya for some shopping and siteseeing and a staggered lunch at Momo’s in Shibuya. So please pay particular attention to the schedule below…

8:00am depart from TIH for Asakusa Temple, prayer walk

Give your team some clear instructions on how to prayer walk through the temple. VERY IMPORTANT: Prepare them for spiritual battle as they go through and prayer in groups of two, but staying in your trek group. Explain to the TSS’ers to be respectful, no singing in the temple, no forming human chains so that no one can get in, etc. Teams should gather for prayer on the sides of the temple stairs and sit in trek teams (on the very side and out of the way of the regular traffic of people). GTi’s lead your trek in a time of prayer for Japan (using the prayer guide that is in everyone’s orientation packet for Asakusa temple).

10:20ish depart for Shibuya Station on the Ginza line (a straight shot) for shopping, siteseeing, and lunch at Momo’s.

11:25 (do not arrive any earlier), Blue, Orange, Black, and Brown teams + their GTi’s meet Buddy at Momo’s in Shibuya. All other teams site see around Shibuya Station.

1:25 Yellow, Red, Green, Purple teams + their GTi’s meet Buddy at Momo’s Shibuya. All other teams sitesee around Shibuya Station.

3:00 GTi’s & TSS teams meet at Shibuya Station at the Hachiko exit (under the clock). GTi’s give good instructions to the TSS team leaders so they can go to Harajuku (one stop on the Yamanote line). Then return to the Cave for afternoon worship and meeting.

*GTi leadership team, still plan to meet with Jeff at 9:00. Jasmine, Katrina, Caleb C., (Adam Sharick-second lunch) please take the GTi’s place in order to facilitate the trek team that they were working with (covering places for Caleb D, Hunter, Kaitlyn D. Lisa). Reservations are set, so I’m really sorry to announce that the other I’s can not join the team this time. There is limited space only.
