Av. 6:10 PM SQ 11, The team will call Wendy upon arrival at the airport and after purchasing their Narita Express tickets. Wendy will call Sonya and let her know what time the team will arrive at Tokyo station. Sonya will contact Rachel & Kelly and arrange time to meet the team at Tokyo Station on the Narita Express train platform and then escort them to Tokyo International Hostel at Iidabashi Station (on the yellow Chuo Local service train line). Help them get checked in to the Hostel and take them out to eat dinner. Give them instructions for the next day’s meeting time (at 7:45am in the Lobby of TIH).

7:45 Birmy & Katrina meet the CBU Team in the lobby of TIH. (Interns bring two 5ME signs and give to the team to keep us with for the duration of their stay.) Escort them to the Brents for Orientation.

9:00-12:00 Orientation at the Brents. (Include Evangelism training, 5 Minute English, 90 Second Testimony)

12:30 lunch

Prayer walk at Kokubunji St.

10:00 Depart for Higashikoganei. (CBU team bring two 5ME signs with you when you depart from TIH) Day of Prayer Walking and Campus Outreach

8:00ish Michael & Caleb will meet the E. Casey team at Tokyo Station. Pick up Vol phone #2 from Wendy to give to team. Arr 4:20 PM JL 1 Kit Crawford- 5:00 PM NW 5801 The team will call Wendy upon arrival at the airport and after purchasing their Narita Express tickets. Wendy will call Michael and let him know what time the team will arrive at Tokyo station. Michael & Caleb will meet the team at Tokyo Station on the Narita Express train platform and then escort them to Sakura Hotel. (Narita Express comes in on the basement tracks 1&2 – Sobu Line. Then escort them using the Yamanote Line to Ikebukuro.) Help them get checked in to the Hotel and take them out to eat dinner. Give them instructions for the next day’s meeting time (7:45a in the Lobby Micheal and Joel meet them and escort them to Burns home).

You will be helping Missionary Richard Oue to greet his Volunteer Team’s at Narita on 6/9. You should purchase your Narita Express tickets for this today. Narita Express #29 departs Tokyo at 2:03 pm arrives Narita (terminal one) at 2:57 on 6/9. (You will be reimbursed for this expense by Richard Oue, please ask him about this when you see him at the airport.)

7:45 Michael & Joel meet the Casey team at the Sakura Hotel and escort them to the Burns’ home. Directions to the Burns’ home: Take the Chuo Line to Higashikoganei. Exit out the South exit and Jeff will meet you there at 8:45 am. (It takes approximately 45 minutes from Ikebukuro.)
